Three minds, one idea, one company.

What began as a chance encounter became Competo FairValue.

Martina Grimm and Andreas Nitschke met a few months ago via a WhatsApp group for HR Interim Manager. Martina was invited by Dr. Heinz-Gerd Suelmann, with whom she had already successfully completed a few projects. This encounter turned into a strong team: Today we are the three Managing Partner of Competo FairValue.

We all have many years of experience as Interim Manager and Consultants and share a passion for making companies more successful. Our focus is on designing efficient and future-oriented HR processes, methods and structures - always with the people in the company in mind.

Like many in the HR world, we have heard about the EU Pay Transparency Directive. We quickly realized that this was more than just a bureaucratic issue - it is a game changer. What began as an interest became a joint mission. Today, we are specialists in pay transparency and show companies a methodically clear path through the jungle of new requirements, sanctions and opportunities.

We grow and learn together and as a team of three we have a dynamic that inspires.

Martina Grimm

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Martina Grimm has been working as a Freelance HR Consultant in Germany since 2016 and supports companies in all matters relating to HR.
Her career has taken her through Corporate groups, Start-Up's, SMEs - and even out to sea: as HR-Manager at Royal Caribbean Cruises, she sailed around the world, leading an international team and earning her salary with a view of the open sea. This experience of connecting people across borders and cultures still shapes her work today. One customer gave her the affectionate title "HR-Queen of Europe".

Andreas Nitschke

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Andreas Nitschke has been a management consultant and interim manager for many years, focusing on organizational development and HR architecture. He has also founded and managed several companies providing various services.
IDuring his many years of self-employment, he has applied his experience to companies from numerous industries and supports strategic change through transformation support.

Lawyer Employment Law, Managing Director

Dr. Heinz-Gerd Suelmann has extensive experience in senior HR functions in various industries. He has successfully managed projects in areas such as organizational development, job evaluation and the introduction of salary structures. He is a qualified lawyer specializing in employment law. He is Managing Director of HR & Recht GmbH and Co-Managing Director of COMPETO Fair Value UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
